花合わせプライバシーポリシー

YOKOYAMA Taku（以下「開発者」）は、iOS アプリ「花合わせ」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いを、次のとおり定めます。

1. 開発者が集める情報

開発者は、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報など、利用者個人を直接特定する情報を集めません。

2. 端末に保存する情報

遊んだ記録（図鑑の段階、最高記録、選んだ言語）は、利用者の端末の中にだけ保存し、開発者に送信しません。本アプリを削除すると、この記録も消えます。

3. 広告

本アプリは、広告を表示するために Google AdMob を使います。広告サービスは、広告の配信と効果測定のために、広告識別子（IDFA）、端末や OS の種類、IP アドレス、広告の表示・タップの記録などを集めることがあります。

広告識別子の利用は、iOS の「App からのトラッキング要求」で利用者が許可した場合に限ります。許可しない場合も本アプリは遊べます。その場合、利用者の興味に合わせない広告が表示されます
許可はいつでも iOS の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」から取り消せます
広告を表示する前に、地域の法令に応じて同意の確認を表示することがあります。同意の内容は、本アプリの「プライバシーの設定」から変えられます
Google による情報の取り扱いは、Google のプライバシーポリシーとGoogle のサービスを使うサイトやアプリから収集した情報の使用をご確認ください

4. アクセス解析

本アプリは、使われ方を把握して改善するために Google Analytics を使います。送る情報は、面のクリアやゲームの開始・終了などの利用状況、端末や OS の種類、アプリのバージョン、言語です。本アプリの中で作る識別子を使い、広告識別子（IDFA）は送りません。これらは利用者個人を特定する目的では使いません。

5. 第三者への提供

開発者は、3・4 に書いたサービスの提供元を除き、利用者の情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、法令に基づく場合を除きます。

6. 子どもの利用

本アプリは子どもを主な対象にしていません。13 歳未満の子どもから、意図して個人情報を集めることはありません。

Hana-awase Privacy Policy

This policy explains how YOKOYAMA Taku ("the developer") handles information in the iOS app Hana-awase ("the app").

1. Information the developer collects

The developer does not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, phone number or location.

2. Information stored on your device

Your progress (collection ranks, best record and chosen language) is stored only on your device and is never sent to the developer. Deleting the app also deletes this data.

3. Advertising

The app uses Google AdMob to show ads. The ad service may collect the advertising identifier (IDFA), device and OS type, IP address, and records of ads shown and tapped, to deliver ads and measure their performance.

The advertising identifier is used only if you allow it in iOS's "Allow Apps to Request to Track" prompt. You can still play if you don't allow it; you will see ads that are not based on your interests
You can withdraw permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
Depending on the laws in your region, a consent form may appear before ads are shown. You can change your choices from "Privacy settings" in the app

4. Analytics

The app uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used and to improve it. It sends usage data such as stages cleared and games started or ended, device and OS type, app version and language. It uses an identifier created inside the app and does not send the advertising identifier (IDFA). This data is not used to identify you.

5. Sharing with third parties

Except for the providers of the services in sections 3 and 4, the developer does not share your information with third parties, unless required by law.

6. Children

The app is not directed at children. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
